As a Spiritual Advisor and Yoruba priest with almost 30 years of combined experience, I am a leader within my community in spiritual counseling, training and development. My practice and foundations are rooted in the ancient traditions of Buddhism, Spiritualism and Lucumi. At the center of these practices, like all major traditions, are the four elements – air, fire, water and earth. Mother Nature and the Universe has always and continues to provide us with what is needed to spiritually thrive. Guidance by Richard offers GROWTH, SELF HEALING, AND SPIRITUAL WISDOM needed for our everyday lives.

By focusing on the four elements I have been able to assist thousands of spiritual practitioners through their personal and professional journeys. In guiding them to achieve self-actualization they’ve learned to unlock and ignite their individual power within. The goal in life is to fulfill our purpose, and I have dedicated my life’s work based on pointing people down the path that they should go by providing the clear clarity that each individuals need.
Using my gift of sight as a Medium I have been able to impart healing, wisdom and direction for those desiring clarity in their life’s purpose. Furthering opportunities to discover purpose, I’ve created several courses focused on connecting with your spirit guides to achieve life goals, professional and personal development, as well as succeeding in business. As a Life Coach I have been able to make a significant impact on many individuals who have heard their calling. It fulfills me personally, when some people have expressed their upmost gratitude for my assistance in their life goals, furthering themselves in the place that each individual should be.
For over 25 years, Guidance by Richard has worked with Fortune 500 companies to identify high caliber talent that is suitable for their company’s culture and overall mission. By incorporating my intuitive skills I’ve designed unique instructional processes for corporations and businesses alike, assisted in identifying new headquarters and office spaces as well as cleansed environments from negative energies to revitalize and promote commerce. I believe that new growth cannot manifest without the completely getting rid of old habits and energies that hinder us from walking the path that we should be on.
Through the course of my own spiritual journey I have been a Yoruba priest, for over 18 years driving exponential growth in the Yoruba community throughout the U.S. and Cuba. To date I have initiated over thirty priests and served as an Yubonna (Godparent) to well over fifty. In receiving over 100 Orishas and performing numerous ceremonies all over the world, I’ve graciously earned countless referrals and acquired heartfelt testimonies from those lives positively affected by my services and teachings.
